First Entry: Personal Journey

A Journey Of Reaching The End

They say everything will come to an end, I think I am already on the verge of reaching the end. I am now on my 4th year in college. Hopefully, next year, I will walk the aisle with my toga wearing the best cap over my head. After a long and exhausting years, I can finally say, I am done. I can't wait to receive my diploma and have my graduation picture. This achievement would definitely be the best gift I can give to my  family. They were on my journey until the end.

I still remember when I graduated in kindergarten. There is a part of the ceremony that you have to go up stage and say your name and your dream that you wanted to be when you grow up. I vividly remember what I said going back my graduation day. I exactly said with a shaky voice "My name is John G. Gabriel, when I grow up I want to be a teacher"
I am proud of myself that I am half way to turn my dream into reality.

My journey of wanting to be a teacher was very lengthy. It is not easy to reach the end line. You have to go through a lot and sacrifice your time.  It is a profession that bridges ignorance to intelligence. To be a teacher is a call of duty, it is not just a simply job rather a responsibility. This journey might be the longest but for me it is the most exciting.
